Colibrì Red: grape must and concentrated grape must; preservatives and antioxidants: sulphites, dimethyl dicarbonate; stabilisers: tannins; bottled in a protective atmosphere.

Six months in barrels before dealcoholisation

Colibrì Red is fermented in stainless steel, then aged in barrels for six months before alcohol is removed through a membrane process.
