1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed before 13:00 CET are usually processed the same day.
• You will receive an order confirmation email and a second notification when your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We currently deliver to the following countries: Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Shipping costs depend on the destination country, selected delivery method and total package weight. The exact available delivery options and final shipping price will always be shown at checkout before payment.
Estimated delivery times are counted in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Important information:
Available delivery methods may vary depending on the delivery country, order weight and address.
For heavier orders, the shipment may be divided into more than one parcel. If this affects the delivery method or shipping cost, the final price will be shown at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
After dispatch you will receive:
• Carrier name & tracking number
• Direct tracking link to follow delivery status in real time
5. Shipping Restrictions
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- Lost: Contact us within 7 days if tracking shows “delivered” but the parcel is missing
- Damaged: Report within 48 hours with clear photos of packaging + product
- Delayed: If delivery exceeds the timeframe by more than 5 business days, contact us for help
7. Returns & Exchanges & Claims
Returns within 30 days due to damaged or incorrect items are covered at no cost to you.
