INGREDIENTS

Chill three, keep the red cool

Serve Le Pétillant, Colombard and Rosé at 6–8°C. Keep Merlot–Tannat at 16–18°C so its fruit and soft tannins can show.

Start with sparkling wine and aperitif bites. Try Colombard with a seasonal salad, Rosé with tapenade or a vegetable tart, and the red with roasted vegetables or grilled poultry.

White bubbles from red Merlot

Le Pétillant is a Blanc de Noir: a pale sparkling wine made from red Merlot grapes. Gentle pressing keeps the juice light in colour, while Merlot brings roundness, candied-fruit notes and sweet almond. It gives this alcohol-free sparkling wine a character of its own.

Wine character, gently preserved

Moderato first makes wine, then removes the alcohol by vacuum distillation at 30–35°C. Its grape selection gives the four alcohol-free wines different textures: lively Colombard, fruity Rosé, fine bubbles and the soft tannins of Merlot–Tannat. Compare them with food to find your preferred style.
