INGREDIENTS

Colibrì White: grape and concentrated grape must; preservatives and antioxidants: sulphites, dimethyl dicarbonate; stabilisers: gum arabic, tannins; bottled in a protective atmosphere.

Moderato Originale Le Blanc: dealcoholised wine (97%), rectified concentrated grape must (3%), preservative E242. Contains sulphites.

Moderato Le Blanc combines Sauvignon Blanc and Colombard from Gascogne for white fruit, citrus and freshness. This alcohol-free white wine set lets you explore a single grape alongside a blend.

Both producers begin with fermented wine. Colibrì removes alcohol through a membrane process; Moderato uses vacuum distillation at 30–35°C. These approaches aim to retain the wines’ grape character.
