Blanc de Noir: white wine from dark grapes

Moderato’s alcohol-free sparkling wine is made from Merlot, a dark-skinned grape variety. Gentle pressing produces a white wine with notes of candied fruit and almond, lifted by fine bubbles. The wine is gently dealcoholised after winemaking.

A spritz with an unexpected citrus note

Timut pepper gives Yoleau’s raspberry alcohol-free spritz citrus and grapefruit notes. Compare it with the bittersweet orange and floral elderflower flavours to discover whether you prefer a fruity, bitter or floral apéritif.
