Pour the reds with dinner

Serve both wines at 16–18°C in wine glasses. Try them with roasted vegetables, grilled poultry or firm cheese; pour small equal amounts to compare their fruit and tannins.

Mix a ginger-and-lime evening drink

Pour 50 ml Havaniets and 15 ml lime juice over ice, then top with chilled alcohol-free ginger beer. Stir gently. Add a lime slice if you like; mixers, ice and garnish are not included.

Plan the pours, keep the styles separate

The two wine bottles provide ten 150 ml glasses in total. The 500 ml Havaniets bottle gives ten 50 ml cocktail bases before adding mixers. Start with small wine tastings and save Havaniets for a different evening serve.
