Start with NONA June & tonic

Fill a glass with ice. Add 50 ml NONA June and 100 ml chilled Indian tonic, then stir gently. Finish with a basil leaf and orange zest. Tonic, ice and garnishes are not included.

Serve each wine at its best

Chill Colombard to 6–8°C for salads, ceviche or lighter poultry dishes. Serve Merlot–Tannat at 16–18°C with roasted vegetables, grilled poultry or firm cheeses. Use wine glasses to explore their aromas.

NONA June combines nine botanicals through steam distillation. Juniper gives this non-alcoholic gin alternative its familiar character; citrus, basil and black pepper add freshness and depth. Basil and orange zest in the garnish echo the botanical flavours when you serve it with tonic.
