Mix your Italian spritz

Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add 50 ml Aperiniets and 100 ml chilled Colibrì Spumante, then top with a splash of sparkling water. Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice. Sparkling water, ice and orange are not included.

Keep the bubbles fresh

Chill Colibrì to 6–8°C before opening and pour it gently into the glass. For several guests, prepare drinks individually so each has fresh bubbles. Reseal opened bottles, refrigerate and follow the storage instructions on their labels.

Plan 14 spritzes or change the serve

The set provides fourteen 50 ml aperitif measures and 1.5 litres of sparkling wine. At 100 ml Colibrì per spritz, you have enough for 14 drinks plus 100 ml sparkling wine left over. Colibrì can also be poured on its own with seafood, salads or dips.

Blood orange with a bitter backbone

Aperiniets is made in Bergamo by macerating botanicals with three Sicilian blood-orange varieties: Tarocco, Moro and Sanguinello. Gentian root adds the bitterness behind the citrus. This non-alcoholic aperitif brings character to your spritz; a fresh orange slice echoes its flavour.

Why Glera works in your glass

Colibrì Spumante comes from Friuli Venezia Giulia and is made from 100% Glera. After fermentation, the wine is gently dealcoholised using a membrane process and lightly carbonated. Green-apple notes and refreshing acidity make this alcohol-free sparkling wine a fruity partner for the bittersweet aperitif—or a glass to enjoy on its own.
